Q: What if I want to add to or change my design after work has already started?

This is not a problem, but it could add additional fees depending on what is being changed or added. We ask that you schedule an appointment with your project manager as soon as possible to avoid any delays or miscommunication. At the appointment, you can discuss desired changes along with additional estimates. Once agreed upon, a change order will need to be signed.

Q: Why didn’t I receive my weekly service today?

This most likely happened because of the weather or a holiday. We always keep the same order for weekly service so if you did not receive your service on your scheduled day, it could be because we were pushed a day or two behind. We will be out to service you; it may just be behind schedule. You can always call and confirm with the main office regarding any concerns.

Q: Is there something you can do to help with the areas in my yard where the lawn won’t grow?

Yes, your project manager will be able to determine what is needed to fix this which could be a number of reasons that include soil amendments, tree removal, or lawn repairs.

Q: Are you able to design a landscape that will withstand deer and rabbits?

Absolutely. Be sure to mention this to your project manager and we can provide you with a wide variety of trees, shrubs, and plants, that are tolerant to these pesky visitors.

Q: Is there a charge for your custom landscape designs?

Yes, there is a minimum charge of $500.00 per design.

Q: What is the best time of year for lawn installation?

The best time of year for lawn installation is fall.

Q: How can I pay my bill?

You can pay your bill online, via check, or with credit card by calling our main office.

Q: How soon can work begin?

This all depends on the time of year, what type of work is being done, and on the weather. We will always call you 24-48 hours before work begins.

Q: Do I need to be home while services are being completed?

This is completely up to you, but we do not require the homeowner to be present while work is being completed.

Q: Do you provide residential and commercial services?

Yes, we provide residential and commercial services for all divisions except for snow, that is only commercial properties.
